Solution
I developed an interactive simulation in Articulate Storyline using interface screenshots to replicate the Zendesk environment. Learners practice initiating a new customer service ticket and completing required workflow steps.

HIPAA Compliance Scenario Training
Problem
Employees in healthcare environments must follow strict privacy regulations when handling protected health information (PHI). Traditional compliance training often focuses on memorizing policies rather than helping learners apply rules to real workplace situations.
Solution
I designed and developed an interactive eLearning course that teaches key principles of HIPAA compliance through realistic workplace scenarios. Learners evaluate common situations—such as verifying authorization before sharing PHI over the phone—and choose appropriate actions based on privacy regulations. Scenario-based learning encourages learners to apply the rules rather than simply recall them.

Problem
After completing software training, employees often need quick reference materials to support them as they begin working in the live system. Without accessible performance support, learners may forget key workflow steps or struggle to locate features in the interface.
Solution
I designed a post-training job aid that guides users through common workflows in the Panorama database. The document uses annotated system screenshots and clear step-by-step instructions to help employees quickly locate functions and complete tasks within the system.

Problem
Instructional designers increasingly use AI tools during course development, but effective integration requires thoughtful oversight to ensure that AI-generated content supports sound instructional design principles.
Solution
I developed an interactive eLearning module demonstrating how AI-assisted content generation can support instructional design workflows. AI tools were used to generate initial course outlines and draft instructional content, which I then reviewed, refined, and structured using evidence-based learning design principles before developing the final module.
