About Me

I’m an instructional designer with a PhD in cognitive psychology and over 15 years of experience designing technology-enhanced learning environments.

Before transitioning into corporate learning and development, I spent several years at Arizona State University designing and evaluating digital learning systems, including an intelligent tutoring system that supports literacy development.

Today, I apply learning science and instructional design principles to practical workplace training challenges—developing scenario-based eLearning, software workflow simulations, and performance support tools that help employees build skills and apply knowledge effectively on the job.

My background in AI-enhanced learning technologies allows me to integrate emerging tools thoughtfully, using them to support effective instruction while maintaining a strong focus on learner understanding and agency.
